Do not injure

Athlete must not injure, if you are injured, you will never be the same even though you had recovered.

I had injured few weeks ago, had treatment for 6 times on my Achilles. Yesterday i went to have some games with my usual sparing partner. I felt that i am not use to the speed of the shuttles and i can't really go all the way out to play the game, this is mainly due to the phobia that instill in me when after i injured.

So Athletes, please take care of your body DO NOT INJURE, even your physically had recovered , but mentally may not heal so fast. Try to do more strength conditioning to strengthen up your body before going for intensive training.
